• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide technical support in person, via phone or TeamViewer.
• Perform regular system checks and network maintenance.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and projects.

Requirements

• A diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
• 3 years of working experience in an IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Own reliable transport and valid driver's license.
