Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Manage, maintain, and repair IT systems.
  2. Diagnose and repair faults, resolve network issues, and install and configure hardware and software.
Requirements
  • 2 Years experience in a similar position
  • Windows 10 / 11 Experience
  • MS Office Experience
  • Windows Active Directory
  • Advantageous: Networking, ArcServe, Windows Group Policies, Fortinet / Firewall, Office Admin
  • Degree or Diploma in a related field
Technical Support Duties
  • Identify hardware and software solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Diagnose and repair faults
  • Resolve network issues
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Communicate with customers to identify issues and provide solutions
