Position : IT Talent Acquisition Specialists – Independent Freelancers (M / F)

We are looking for high level, experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialists (M / F) who will work with our AfricaWork teams as independent Freelancers on IT recruitment assignments.

Mission :

  • Fully manage recruitment assignments for IT profiles.
  • Perform the headhunting on social networks, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Screening and conducting interviews with the candidates and assess their skills (hard and soft skills).
  • Shortlist and pre-select candidates.
  • Submit pre-selected candidates.

Advantage :

  • Very high commissions for all successful assignments.

Required profile for job ad :

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3+ years' professional experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in IT recruitment assignments.
  • Proven track record.
  • Excellent IT knowledge.
  • Mastery of headhunting techniques, methodology and recruitment searches.
  • You must be very organised, rigorous, autonomous and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You will work as an independent Freelancer.
