What you will be doing

Application Systems Administration: You will register users and assign the appropriate access rights, monitor and adjust user access, and maintain system performance, recommend updates and manage changes.

Provision of Advanced Support: You’ll perform daily checks and provide support on all hardware, log and follow up on issues with third-party vendors and provide internal software support.

System Availability: You will analyse and respond to support requests, diagnose problems and develop and implement solutions. Unresolved issues will be escalated, and all resolution details will be documented and submitted for future reference.

We are looking for someone who has the experience and expertise to know what’s next. You’ll understand the pet food industry, FMCG, and how to push the Montego brand to new heights.

What we are looking for
