This role involves a hybrid arrangement, combining in-home childcare duties with remote administrative and educational planning tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children, supporting their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. While primary caregiving will be in the family's home, certain planning, communication, and resource development activities will be conducted remotely. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nanny, Early Childhood Educator, or similar role, with excellent references.

• First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.

• Ability to manage both hands-on childcare and remote administrative tasks efficiently.
