Skilled mid-level IT support technician with at least 3 years’ experience in Windows desktop support, basic Windows Server support, and basic network installation and support.

The candidate should be a technical hands-on person able to, from time to time, make use of power tools to mount brackets and install networking cabinets, mount antenna poles, etc.

Skills Required

1. Windows Desktop Support (10, 11) - Competent
2. Windows Server support (Server 2018 to current version) - Basic
3. Understanding of Network Cabling, Routing, Switching VLANs, Wi-Fi – Basic
4. Understanding of anti-virus and endpoint protection applications – Competent
5. Understanding of Switches, Network cabling, Patching, Wi-Fi - Competent
6. Understanding of Network printing - Competent
7. Understanding of Internet connectivity, routers, 3G/4G - Competent
8. Understanding of Firewalls – Basic
