Job summary

An international IT support company in Cape Town is hiring experienced Level 2 support technicians to assist UK-based clients. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues and managing escalated helpdesk tickets, focusing on the Microsoft product stack. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be fluent in English. The position is office-based, Monday to Friday.

Join a growing international IT support team in Cape Town!

We’re hiring experienced support technicians for a Level 2 role supporting UK-based clients. This is an office-based call center helpdesk position, handling escalated technical issues and working across the Microsoft product stack, networking, and system admin environments.

Role Details

You’ll join an established team supporting a range of desktop, cloud, and network platforms. No basic password resets—this is a hands-on, mid-level position working with escalated tickets from first-line support.

You Will :

  • Support Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, and Active Directory
  • Troubleshoot VPNs, firewall issues, desktop and network faults
  • Manage escalated helpdesk tickets via remote tools
  • Liaise professionally with UK clients and internal teams
  • Keep documentation and issue records up to date
  • Work from our Cape Town office, Monday to Friday

You Must Have :

  • Minimum 1 year in an L2 or equivalent IT Support role
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, Intune, SharePoint
  • Confident troubleshooting desktops, networks, VPNs
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Prior call center or international helpdesk experience is a plus
  • Relevant IT certs (e.g. A+, MS-900, AZ-900) are helpful but not essential
  • Start Date : 2 July 2025

    Location : Cape Town (on-site only)

    Hours : Monday to Friday, full-time

    Client Base : UK
