Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a reliable and proactive full-time on-site IT Support Technician to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting both hardware and software systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, networking, and system issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, cellphones, and other peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with operating systems, applications (e.g., Microsoft Office), and network connectivity
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to systems and software
  • Set up new user accounts, email addresses, and access permissions
  • Assist in managing inventory of IT assets and procurement of hardware/software when required
Requirements :
  • 3+ years IT support experience (hardware & software)
  • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
  • Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Familiar with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, SQL (essential)
  • Professional, well-spoken, and detail-oriented
  • Service-driven, independent, and reliable
Experience :
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role

Own Transport & Driver's License – Required

Salary : Dependent on experience – Negotiable

Work Hours : Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

  • Standby on Saturdays if staff are working and there are problems.
