Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line IT support to all users (hardware, software, network, and mobile devices).
- Manage and resolve Helpdesk tickets within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain and support servers, networks, Wi-Fi, and firewall infrastructure.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and AV equipment.
- Oversee daily backups and conduct routine system maintenance.
- Liaise with external service providers and manage vendor relationships.
- Create and maintain user-friendly IT guides and FAQs.
- Procure IT equipment and manage stock levels.
