• 3 – 5 years relevant and proven work experience

• Manage and resolve all IT-related tasks in production areas, e.g., scales, equipment, computers, networks, etc.
• Make recommendations regarding the purchase of technology resources, improvements, and best practices
• Research current and potential resources and services
• Handle confidential information in accordance with current policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance
• Maintain a knowledge base of procedures and solutions for common faults
• Connect and set up hardware and perform maintenance
• Load and maintain all required software, ensuring licensing compliance
