Client communication – Translate technical language into clear, helpful updates for users and managers.

Network troubleshooting – Maintain LAN / WAN stability; configure VLANs, manage switches, and resolve IP / subnet conflicts.

Server & system support – Perform basic maintenance of Windows servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

Firewall & routing – Assist with configuration and troubleshooting of routers and firewalls.

Documentation – Maintain accurate logs, diagrams, and internal knowledge-base articles.

What you'll bring Must-have 3 + years' experience in desktop, network, or infrastructure support (MSP / multi-client preferred) Working knowledge of : Windows 10 / 11 & Microsoft apps; AD, DNS, DHCP & GPO; network protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs); Layer 2 & Layer 3 troubleshooting Clear and confident verbal & written communication Ability to work independently and take initiative Advantageous Experience with Sophos, Fortinet, or similar firewall platforms Switch configuration (HP, Cisco, or Mikrotik) Azure AD or Microsoft admin centre Backup software and endpoint-security tools Certifications : CompTIA Network+, MCSA / AZ-, CCNA, or similar How this role fits in You'll be a key member of our technical support team, ready to dive into an end-user issue or an infrastructure fault with equal confidence.
