Job description

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and update Linux/Mac laptop computer systems.
• Provide technical support on-site or remotely to a hybrid and international user base.
• Repair hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems, or collaborate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs.
• Support authentication systems such as Google Workspace and LastPass.
• Respond to IT/Cloud support requests promptly.
• Diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues effectively.
• Ensure that the IT infrastructure system software is current and up to date.
