Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

The role of a Site IT Coordinator is to maintain the relationship between GIT and the site by assuring that the users are receiving the agreed service from GIT.

Manage the site's support with GIT: track the consistent performance of the system, ensure its functionality, and direct its day-to-day utilization and upkeep.

  1. Manage IT graduates on-site concerning training, skills, objectives, and results.
  2. With the validation of GIT, carry out the following tasks:
  3. Collect and address site requests: implement new projects for local applications and infrastructures, and improve existing Information Systems to ensure proper evolution. Ensure user ownership of the System, including training and procedure application if necessary.
  4. Provide technical and functional first-line support.
  5. Provide technical and functional second-level support to users.
  6. Resolve all IT incidents reported by users.
  7. Support Shop Floor systems up to second level.
  8. Ensure adherence to Group standards concerning hardware, software, security policies, software licenses, and inventory.
  9. Define and implement IT procedures specific to the site.
  10. Develop and monitor Disaster Recovery and backup plans for critical hardware and software systems.
  11. Report monthly status, including dashboards, key indicators, and significant events, to the IT Manager and IT Area Manager; include updates in the monthly Action Plan meetings.
  12. Monitor all critical systems to prevent failures and react promptly to issues.
  13. Lead IT operational planning and infrastructure projects.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or over 5 years of IT administration experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Industry-related qualifications such as SQL DBA, MCP, MCSE, A+, N+, CCNA.
  • Project Management experience.

Additional advantageous experience includes VMware, Lenovo Servers (RAID configurations, support, and installations), Cisco networking (VLANs, etc.), Active Directory (DHCP, DNS), MES and TCO systems support, and monitoring systems.
