Requirements :
- BSc / BA in IT / Computer Science / Information Technology or Computer Science / IT Engineering.
- Microsoft certifications will be beneficial.
- 5 to 8 years experience in an IT Service Desk environment, with experience in communication, audio-visual conferencing systems, and diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
- Proven ability to use digital/analogue audio mixing software for video and sound editing, and various digital signage solutions.
- Experience with live streaming technologies such as OBS Studios, Restream, Zoom, or MS Teams is advantageous.
- Knowledge of operational characteristics and techniques used in live sound equipment, live streaming, and AV programs.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.
- Proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, and cool-tempered.
Overall Responsibilities :
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support across the organization, applying a Customer First culture.
- Oversee general maintenance and ensure daily operations, including the functionality of meeting room AV equipment such as projectors, cameras, speakers, and TVs.
- Resolve escalations and critical incidents, and identify areas causing tension affecting interpersonal dynamics.
- Coordinate all internal and external AV events, including setup, operation, and coordination of AV requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues faced by end-users of PCs, laptops, and mobile phones, providing solutions.
- Provide live streaming for events, post-production editing, recording meetings, and maintaining equipment used in live events.
- Assist the Senior IT Service Desk Technician and ensure service delivery in their absence.
- Develop and deploy solutions for computer-related problems, keep users informed about ticket status, and confirm resolution of issues.
