Job description

We're Hiring: IT Service Delivery / Project Manager – Infrastructure

Location: Onsite in Parktown, Gauteng
Type: Permanent
Salary: R800,000 per annum (inclusive of Medical Aid & Pension)
Bonus: Performance-based, aligned with company profitability
Working Hours: 08h00 to 16h30 (Monday to Friday) – Overtime as required
Start Date: As soon as possible

About the Role
Are you a dynamic and experienced IT Service Delivery / Project Manager with a passion for infrastructure and service excellence? We’re looking for a driven professional to join our Group IT (Shared Services) team to lead and manage infrastructure projects and service delivery initiatives across the organisation.

What You’ll Do
Project Management

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects using formal methodologies
• Manage project planning, execution, implementation, and post-support
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Track milestones, budgets, risks, and scope changes
• Ensure governance and documentation compliance

Service Delivery Management

• Oversee IT infrastructure services (networks, servers, cloud, etc.)
• Ensure SLA/OLA compliance and continuous service improvement
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes
• Align IT services with business goals and strategic planning

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves

• 5+ years’ experience in IT Project Management & Service Delivery
• Formal qualifications in Project Management and ITIL/ITSM
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and security
• Experience managing SLAs/OLAs and vendor performance
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred

• Degree in Information Technology
• Certifications: A+, N+, Security+, PMBOK, Prince2, Agile/Scrum/Kanban
• Experience with ITSM tools and frameworks
