Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12, or NQF 4 equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in server administration and operating systems.
• A++ Certification.
• Experience with IPT/VOIP and PABX-related technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Server Administration & Management

• Configure and maintain virtualised environments (vSphere VMware, Nutanix).
• Manage Exchange mail servers, Active Directory, antivirus, and backup servers (Veeam, Commvault).
• Administer Office 365, Sage 300, QlikView/QlikSense, and mail filtering tools (e.g., Epurifier).
• Oversee databases (e.g., MariaDB), archive systems, and ManageEngine tools.

IT Infrastructure & System Support

• Monitor system performance, backups, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure operational continuity.
• Assist with network support, IPT/VOIP, and PABX systems.
• Contribute to system upgrades and cross-functional IT projects.
