Job summary

ATNS SOC Limited in South Africa seeks an experienced IT security professional to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, deploy monitoring across networks, endpoints and systems, and support threat and vulnerability management.

You will operate the ISMS, manage security projects, investigate incidents, report to senior management and ensure compliance with security policies, working with vendors to uphold security standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT or Engineering.
• Certifications CISSP, CISM and CISA required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ IT experience, with 2 years in enterprise IT security.
• Strong knowledge of information security governance, risk management and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks through monitoring and threat analysis.
• Operate and manage the ISMS and information security projects.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and governance standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to maintain security measures.
• Document investigations for internal hearings or legal purposes.
