About The Job IT Resourcing Consultant We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate IT Recruitment Researcher / Resource Consultant .

The individual needs to be skilled, dedicated, and have a mature approach to recruitment.

The purpose of the position is to conduct in-depth research to source top IT talent with the right skills, experience, and qualifications to meet our clients' needs and job requirements.

This includes active and passive talent sourcing through networks, job portals, social media platforms, and advertisements.

If you are a Resource Consultant with a can-do attitude and at least 5 years of solid experience in a similar role, you could be the candidate we are looking for.

You will support our Resource Office in all aspects of sourcing and administration to meet recruitment requirements.

Requirements Exceptional administration and communication skills At least 5 years of IT recruitment experience Experienced LinkedIn user with strong advertisement writing skills Ability to work independently Self-motivated and self-driven High attention to detail Experience from a recruitment agency background Developing and delivering recruitment strategies Research, market mapping, and stakeholder management experience Key Responsibilities Listening, understanding, and acting on tasks independently Sourcing candidates and building a talent pipeline within the IT market Recruiting via research and tech-based resourcing tools for skilled IT staff Implementing social media recruitment plans Working with client job specs, delivering quality candidates, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting Building understanding of sourcing requirements Leading end-to-end talent acquisition services Developing referral networks and headhunting skills Developing technology and market awareness Creating content for job advertisements Managing response, arranging interviews, and gathering feedback Managing candidate database and records Uploading suitable candidates to client systems Passion for growth and becoming an expert in your field is essential.
