Datacentrix is looking for an IT Repair / Hardware Technician. You must have experience in diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and testing a wide range of IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. A car and driver’s license are required as you will be supporting various clients at different sites.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Operate primarily in a workshop environment with occasional on-site support, ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality repair standards through efficient fault-finding and resolution.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams, logistics, and customer support to manage work orders, maintain SLA adherence, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Focus on first-time fix performance, turnaround time, and parts management accuracy.
