Job Summary

My Client is seeking a highly motivated and driven graduate for the position of RX Representative. This role provides an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for healthcare, pharmacology, and sales. No prior experience is required, but candidates must possess a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.

The RX Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling prescription medications to healthcare professionals, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with doctors and pharmacists, and driving sales within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell prescription medications to doctors, specialists, and pharmacists.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
3. Educate HCPs on product benefits, indications, and proper usage.
4. Achieve sales targets and grow market share in the assigned territory.
5. Monitor and analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs.
6. Organize and participate in medical workshops, conferences, and promotional events.
7. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical sales practices.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
9. Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy (BPharm), Biology, or a related field (Must be completed).
2. No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
3. Must reside in the area where applying.
4. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport are required due to the nature of the role.
5. Willingness to commit to a three-year work-back agreement.
