- Matric / Grade 12 & HR elated qualification
- APSO Entrance Exams / IPSC
- 3 years IT recruitment experience within the recruitment agency environment
- Accurate and insightful interviewer, that focus on performance, fit and motivation
- Negotiating and closing skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Understands the real job requirements at technical level - not a "box checker "
- Must be used to a target driven environment
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Candidate screening & matching.
- Use various search engines, networking and headhunting to source
- Accurately interpret clients specification and identify suitable applicants through effective matching
- Identify and manage any potential risk on any candidate
- Recruitment Support - Effectively communicate all requirements of the job to the applicant
- Interview all candidates within the corporate guideline to establish strengths, skills and requirements
- Develop and maintain good relationships with core applicants to ensure loyalty
- Coordinate and set up interviews between candidates and clients
- Ensure all CVs undergo a QA process before submitting to client
- Prime candidates for interviews and ensure de-briefing after interview
- Ensure effective turnaround to clients
- Ensure corporate governance are adhere to at all times
- Database maintenance - Ensure all documentation are completed and signed
- Maintain accurate and updated documents on database (Placement Partner)
- Secure placements (contracts / resignation assistance / counteroffer guidance)
