To coordinate people and processes and drive business change that delivers value through the structured implementation and delivery of projects against time, resource, budget, and scope constraints for medium to large and/or medium to highly complex BU/PH.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve the lives of customers through simple, effective solutions that meet their needs.
• Coordinate and manage technology/technical projects.
• Build relationships across teams to enhance collaboration and innovation.
• Implement change management practices and ensure understanding and acceptance.
• Develop industry and subject matter expertise.
• Manage teams within defined processes, set performance parameters, and act as a technical coach.
• Plan and manage resources, budgets, and project timelines.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Define project success criteria and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Undergraduate degree/diploma; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Formal IT Project Management certification or course.
• Minimum 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience with technology/technical projects, climate risk, ESG, and banking industry.
