The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
All processes must be addressed across the project management lifecycle.
Ensure teams adhere to the project management framework and use the right tools, processes and reporting principles.
Define project objectives in line with business needs.
Plan, schedule, and track project milestones using appropriate tools.
Identify and manage project dependencies.
Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
Lead and motivate project teams while maintaining stakeholder engagement.
Implement and enforce project management methodologies.
Document project processes, progress reports, and risk assessments.
Possess a blend of technical understanding, strong communication skills, and effective project management abilities, including planning, execution, and risk management to successfully deploy projects.
Ensure smooth project closure with post-implementation reviews and documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Project Management qualification (PMBOK / Prince 2) – Essential
ITIL Certification – Desirable
Degree or Diploma in a relevant field – Desirable
MS Office Suite proficiency – Essential
Experience
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an IT environment.
