Currently, we are undergoing a system consolidation process, merging the IT systems of EP Commodities B.V., Sloe Centrale, and EP NL into one. To support this transition, we are looking for an interim project leader with experience in Microsoft 365 Tenant Migration. You will be part of our ICT department.

Our IT department plays a crucial role in ensuring that our company can respond quickly to changes and opportunities in the complex and dynamic energy market. Almost all of these changes and opportunities have an IT impact, making our department essential for the company's success.

Job Description

As an interim project leader within the IT department, you will be responsible for managing various internal projects with a company-wide IT focus. A key task is to manage adjustments in numerous business applications as part of the system consolidation process. The projects include Microsoft 365 Tenant migrations, mail, and SharePoint migrations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing multiple internal IT projects related to the system consolidation process.
  2. Steering adjustments in business applications and implementing the system consolidation process across different systems.
  3. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver projects.
  4. Working with multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
Profile:

  1. At least a bachelor's degree.
  2. Experience in Microsoft 365 Tenant Migration.
  3. Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
  4. PRINCE2 background and knowledge of Agile are preferred.
  5. Experience with M365 Tenant migrations and SharePoint is desired.
  6. General technical knowledge and analytical skills are a plus.
  7. Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability are essential.
  8. Able to work in a complex IT environment and handle pressure effectively.
  9. You are independent, socially adept, and work well within a team.
  10. Willingness to work 2 to 3 days per week on-site in Middelburg.
  11. A good command of the English language is a must.
Working Environment

You will be working in a social and pleasant work environment where many employees work from the office. Meetings are often held physically, although online meetings are also possible. The interim project leader is expected to demonstrate a high degree of independence.

Objectives

During the 6-month period, you are expected to complete 1 to 2 projects related to the system consolidation process.
