Responsibilities

1. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals.
2. Oversee and drive strategic project initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Liaising with company stakeholders and internal team to identify and define project requirement, scope, and objectives.
4. Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts, ensuring smooth interdepartmental integration and coordination.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plan, milestone, reports and project management tools.
6. Monitor and enforce project governance and compliance standards to maintain operational excellence.
7. Tracking project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and proactively addressing any deviations.
8. Retrieving necessary information (e.g., user/client requirements and relevant case studies).
9. Act as a key advisor to leadership on project performance, resource allocation, and potential improvements.
10. Ensuring company needs are met as projects/programs evolve and facilitating change management strategies.
11. Act as a Single Point of Contact for stakeholders, handling issues, and driving solutions proactively.
12. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project administrators and team members to foster professional development.
13. Continuously evaluate and refine project methodologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency.
