Job Summary:
- The Project Administrator will support the Group function by assisting the Project Manager and project team in the planning, execution, and completion of IT-related projects.
- This role involves coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
- Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Track project progress and update project plans as needed.
Documentation Management:
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure all project documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for project team members and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between project team members.
- Respond to inquiries and provide project information as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
- Manage project-related procurement and logistics.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably within an IT environment.
