Description

We are seeking a Product Owner or an experienced Business Analyst looking to transition into a Product Owner role within an IT/Telecoms environment. This role offers hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office.

As a Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing functional designs through story elaboration and managing detailed implementation within the global product portfolio, aligned with the product roadmap.
2. Working closely with offshore development teams to provide functional guidance, track progress, and ensure clear communication of delivery assumptions.
3. Collaborating with Product Management to discuss and present product functionalities to customers.
4. Analyzing Level 3 support issues and implementing bug fixes in conjunction with roadmap stories.

Requirements for the role include:

1. 1-2 years experience as a Product Owner or an experienced Business Analyst eager to move into this role.
2. Knowledge of telecoms or telecoms software is preferred.
3. Strategic thinking with a focus on future planning, balanced with tactical delivery skills.
4. Ability to interpret code as functional blocks and collaborate effectively with offshore teams.
5. Strong prioritization skills, data modeling understanding, and experience with customer requirements.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Self-motivated, meticulous, adaptable, and persuasive with a professional attitude.
8. Understanding of the software lifecycle, agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement experience.
