We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Engineer to join our team. As a senior member, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of mobile network services. Your duties will include monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving issues, capacity planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, extensive experience in mobile network operations, and a deep understanding of IT processes.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Self-motivated & proactive
• ITIL / IT Service Management process knowledge
• Solid IT operations experience (Incident-, Change-, Problem-Management), ideally in enterprise environments
• Project management skills
• Provider steering experience (Mobile network operators, support provider)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Solid understanding of mobile network technologies (4G, 5G, NB-IoT, SMS, SIM Subscription Management)
• Good overall IT infrastructure technology understanding
