• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Law with strong academic results
• Financial background and experience in Asset Management are advantageous
• 5+ years' experience in IT operations, compliance, or similar roles within financial services
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex initiatives
• Knowledge of IT risk, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Experience working with local and international service providers
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to research legal Acts, distill action outcomes, and implement them
• Possibly relevant Regulatory Examination (RE) qualifications in future
