Position Summary: IT Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support deskside end-user support, including network, telephony, and application environments.
  • Ensure maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of systems, hardware, and software.
  • Serve as escalation point to resolve tickets according to SLAs.
  • Manage backups, tape inventory, and data restoration requests.
  • Support transitions on imaging and desktop readiness.
  • Ensure IT security compliance with PCI, HIPAA guidelines.
  • Perform BCP tests, failover tests, and maintain system compliance and audits.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for network, server, and voice infrastructure.
  • Manage security controls, asset inventories, and system updates.
  • Review and validate system permissions, policies, and images regularly.
  • Support network infrastructure operations and report on bandwidth use.
  • Maintain high IT VOC scores and action plans for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years supporting desktop/laptop hardware and software in Windows environment.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree; ITIL V3, MCSE, CCNA certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Network, Voice, Active Directory, and Windows Servers.
  • Experience with Remedy, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301 standards.
  • Strong problem, incident, change management, RCA, and ticket analysis skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, in a 24/7 environment.
