We are seeking a hands-on and proactive IT Operations Administrator to take ownership of internal IT systems and support across the organisation. This critical role involves providing day-to-day technical support, managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, and ensuring system efficiency and reliability. • Act as the first point of contact for internal IT support issues, resolving hardware and software problems• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, cloud apps, and networks• Oversee user account setups, access controls, and onboarding of new employees• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, software updates, and data protection policies• Install and maintain hardware and software, ensuring optimal system performance• Track IT inventory, manage procurement, and recommend upgrades or tools• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation• Create and maintain documentation on IT procedures and troubleshooting guides
Experience & Skills• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)• Strong troubleshooting ability and understanding of IT systems and networks• Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and cloud technologies• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and access management• Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks in a startup setting• Excellent communication skills with a user-focused approach
