IT Manager (ZB)

My client is looking to employ an IT Manager to lead their IT Operations, ensure the security and efficiency of their IT infrastructure, and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead IT Operations and manage IT infrastructure.
2. Ensure security and efficiency of IT systems.
3. Drive digital transformation initiatives.
4. Manage IT budgets and cost control.
5. Oversee vendor management and negotiations.
6. Align IT initiatives with business objectives.
7. Provide leadership and team management.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Matric.
2. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3. Certification in ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft, AWS, or other relevant industry certifications are preferred.
4. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Management, Senior IT leadership role, or a related role.

Skills:

1. Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and databases.
2. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, firewalls, risk management, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR, POPIA).
3. Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM), ERP, and CRM systems.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
