Job Title : IT Manager - Manufacturing Environment

Location : Centurion

Job Type : Permanent

Availability : Immediate

Remuneration : R 80 - R per month - Package (Benefits include: % provident, Travel Allowance, Incentive)

Playing a key role in overseeing our IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and hosting services with third-party service providers.

Responsibilities include:

1. Run and develop BI reports, and provide first-line support to systems.
2. Ensure ICT strategy aligns with business objectives and current IT trends.
3. Implement and maintain IT governance, identify and manage IT risks.
4. Ensure the use of licensed software and hardware, with active support from suppliers.
5. Perform daily backups and conduct monthly tests.
6. Manage disaster recovery programs with hosting service providers.
7. Ensure data replication from local servers to production servers.
8. Apply software and hardware updates as per IT policy.
9. Implement email archiving and mail protection.
10. Manage and resolve incidents, requests, and changes logged by users.
11. Provide ad-hoc systems training and guidance.
12. Coordinate procurement of IT equipment and services within budget.
13. Negotiate with suppliers for various IT services.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in technology or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum six years' experience in networks, computer setup, and software deployment.
• Strong accounting, finance, and budgeting experience, including SAP.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
