Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technology or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of six years experience in networks, computer setup, and software deployment.
- Strong accounting, finance, and budgeting experience required.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience in IT management.
- Experience in user assistance and first-line support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Align ICT strategy with business objectives and IT trends.
- Implement IT governance, identify, and manage IT risks.
- Ensure IT compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Use company-approved software and hardware, with active supplier support (Syncpro scan).
- Ensure software licensing compliance.
- Perform daily server backups and conduct monthly tests.
- Manage disaster recovery programs with hosting service providers.
- Ensure data replication from local servers to production servers at hosting sites.
- Apply software and hardware updates/patches as per IT policy.
- Implement email archiving and mail protection (Manage Mimecast).
- Attend to Ossi call logging system.
- Manage and resolve incidents, requests, and changes logged by users before escalating.
- Run maintenance programs as scheduled or in response to incidents.
- Provide ad-hoc training and guidance to users.
- Maintain barcode register and user accounts on GP, AD, and other systems.
- Calculate and obtain approval for agent incentives.
- Calculate selling prices and manage budget imports.
- Develop and run BI 360 reports.
- Verify and approve agent incentives.
- Compile board reports and import rebate changes when needed.
- Analyze logged calls and user requests to identify training needs and coordinate with service providers.
- Provide staff training and source training materials.
- Coordinate procurement of IT equipment, software, and services within budget.
- Manage and negotiate with IT service providers, monitor SLAs, and reconcile billing.
- Maintain network availability at 99%.
- Develop, maintain, and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Review IT policies and procedures.
- Assist sites with cost estimates and compile group IT budgets, including monthly chargebacks.
- Ensure all ICT licenses and fees are current and IT costs are aligned with actual spend.
- Negotiate annual fees following company instructions.
- Ensure integration of solutions both technically and at a business level.
- Configure new computers, email accounts, user profiles, and networks.
- Manage and optimize network infrastructure, ensuring data security and implementing best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.
