Overview

We are looking for a confident, strategic, and outgoing Junior IT Sales Consultant to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on selling IT hardware and software solutions. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with strong negotiation skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to think ahead and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify leads within the reseller and distribution network.
  • Promote and sell IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, and peripherals.
  • Support senior consultants in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with reseller partners, vendors, and clients.
  • Provide basic technical guidance and product recommendations to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively and profitably.
  • Apply strategic thinking to understand client needs and position solutions accordingly.
  • Track sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Attend vendor training sessions and product launches to enhance product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Matric certificate (Grade 12) and relevant diploma and degree
