SUMMARY

We’re seeking an experienced IT integration Services / Solutions engineer with 5 to 10 years’ experience in the delivery of IT integration services, Pre-Sales and customer relationship management.

POSITION INFO: Overall Function

To Engineer IT Infrastructure Integration Solutions according to Client Requirements while uncovering new business (Selling) opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY

• Technical Responsibility: Engineering (Design, Commission and Test) integration solutions for IT Infrastructure (Storage / Backup / DR / Networking / Cloud / Operating Systems).
• Pre-Sales responsibility: Gather Client Requirements, uncover new selling opportunities by Presenting and / or demonstrating other solutions.
• Customer support, communication and relationship building (SM’s and or Higher-Level Clients).
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and Knowledge sharing with internal teams.
• Managing Successful and complete project Delivery and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in Integration Services Engineering AND Pre-Sales
• A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Telecommunications or related.
• Successful Delivery Experience of IT Infrastructure Projects from mainstream vendors (Huawei, VMWare, AWS, DELL, EMC, etc).
• Excellent Communication and Cross-Functional team coordination.
