Job description

We seek an Infrastructure Cloud Engineer Architect to be a key team player in the migration and management of the financial services platform of a client of ours.

You must be able to quickly join a team of senior international Cloud professionals! Regular travel to Namibia is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategize, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure to meet business requirements.
2. Perform migrations between environments.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform technical migrations.
4. Participate in standup as well as Sprint, design, architecture, and other planning meetings.
5. Support upcoming junior and intermediate Cloud professionals.

Your profile:

• Very strong knowledge of OpenStack, OpenShift, OpenShift Virtualization, and/or AAP.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience as an Infrastructure / Cloud Engineer.
• An extensive understanding of cloud architecture and other cloud services.
• Additional knowledge of DevOps tools, GitHub, Todo, Version control, static code testing, etc., is a strong advantage.
