Tasks

1. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
2. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
3. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software as needed, ensuring all systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
4. Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT procedures, system configurations, and helpdesk activities for reference and reporting purposes.
5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall system performance and user experience.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
3. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
