- Matric qualification(essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experiencein office administration, customer service, or call centre environments
- Exposure toprocurement, vendor management, and financial processes
- Advanced computer literacy(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities:
Helpdesk Administration:
- Log and track IT support calls, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
- Monitor incident escalations and technician response times
Stock Control:
- Manage company assets via BASS (Asset Management System)
- Conduct bi-annual audits and maintain accurate records
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Assist in sourcing IT equipment and services
- Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and track vendor performance
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies
Financial Management:
- Support budget tracking and variance reporting
- Maintain financial records and upload vendor invoices for processing
