Helpdesk Administration:

  • Manage company assets via BASS (Asset Management System)
  • Conduct bi-annual audits and maintain accurate records
Procurement & Vendor Management:
  • Assist in sourcing IT equipment and services
  • Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and track vendor performance
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies
Financial Management:
  • Support budget tracking and variance reporting
  • Maintain financial records and upload vendor invoices for processing
