Job description

Knowledge: IT background and experience in marketing IT products and services.

Skills: Strong verbal and communication skills, good leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, excellent time management, presentation, and report writing skills.

Attitude: Lead by example, motivate the sales team with confidence and self-assurance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Take charge of the sales team, providing clear direction and guidance.
  2. Maintain focus on sales objectives and demonstrate determination in challenges.
  3. Build strong customer relationships and motivate the team.
  4. Achieve annual sales revenue targets, broken down into quarterly, monthly, and weekly goals.
  5. Schedule and attend customer meetings after approval from the Managing Director.
  6. Generate quotes and ensure profitability targets are met.
  7. Expand the customer base for Nambiti Technologies.
  8. Build a robust sales pipeline and formulate account plans for key customers.
  9. Provide daily and weekly sales statistics reports to the MD.
  10. Produce and present daily and weekly call reports.
  11. Follow up on accounts receivable daily.
  12. Perform any other duties delegated by the Managing Director.
