A financial services provider in Bellville is seeking a Specialist: IT Governance and Compliance to implement and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and at least four years of experience in governance or compliance roles. Who are we?
Sanlam Group Technology is responsible for the provision of a digitally enabled technology service as a group COE, drive business and transformation and provide group-wide digital and data architecture. We operate the various technology platforms and shared services, ensure Cyber and Information Security resilience, and act as technology governance and riskorchestrator for technology across Sanlam.
What will you do?As a Specialist: IT Governance and Compliance, you will support the implementation and maintenance of IT Governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will work closely with business units and clusters to embed governance principles, monitor compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of governance maturity. This role emphasizes hands-on execution, technical expertise, and collaboration across teams to ensure that IT assets are managed effectively and securely.
