Pro Tem is seeking an IT and Business Analyst to support and maintain the Sage X3 ERP system. Your role will assist users with system queries and data extraction while managing pricing lists and optimizing business analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a relevant IT qualification, hands-on experience in IT support, and is eager to innovate using AI to improve business efficiencies. This position offers a competitive remuneration ranging from R20,000 to R40,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar.
• Exposure to Sage X3 or a similar ERP platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Sage X3 or the ERP system daily.
• Assist users with ERP queries and system issues.
• Manage company pricelists and maintain system accuracy.
