The Enterprise Architect will play a critical role in defining and maintaining the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring that the company has a solid and future-proofed architecture that is relevant and efficient for the organization's business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing complex technology infrastructures, while maintaining an awareness of evolving industry trends and technological advancements.

Minimum requirements :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, or systems architecture.
• Proficiency in designing and managing complex IT environments, including infrastructure, data, applications, and security.
• Expertise in evaluating and selecting technology stacks, tools, and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid architectures.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework and strategy, including current and future state architectures, aligned with business goals.
• Reduce technical debt to ensure agility and responsiveness of the Tech team.
• Evaluate current technology solutions and lead the integration of new systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide architectural solutions supporting growth and innovation.
• Design scalable, flexible, and secure systems with high availability, disaster recovery, and security protocols.
• Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards, methodologies, and governance practices.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for technology evolution focusing on efficiency, cost savings, and innovation.
• Lead and mentor junior architects and technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to architecture and technology implementations.
• Stay updated with latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance performance, security, and business value.
