This role involves managing, installing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless and reliable operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft 365, desktop environments, data support, infrastructure (LAN, WiFi), routers, firewalls, cloud backup, endpoint security, and both hosted and on-premises servers.
• Design and implement IT solutions, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment such as servers, routers, switches, and network management software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Oversee network infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability.
• Provide advanced technical support to end-users and document procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Cisco, Microsoft).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT equipment installation, network protocols, security, troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
