We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Specialist who is passionate about solving problems, supporting users, and maintaining system performance. Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Install and configure PCs and software components for usability.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  3. Repair or replace damaged hardware.
  4. Set up employee profiles on PCs and networks.
  5. Support and maintain servers (both online and offline).
  6. Upgrade systems to ensure software compatibility across all computers.
  7. Install and upgrade antivirus software to ensure security.
  8. Test and evaluate new software and hardware.
  9. Provide user support and serve as the first point of contact for error reporting.
  10. Establish good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
  11. Report directly to the IT Manager.
  12. Conduct daily backup operations.
  13. Manage technical documentation.
  14. Set up and maintain printers.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • IT-related qualification.
  • Certifications such as A+, N+, MCSE.
