About the role

Embark on a transformative journey at Reckitt as an IT&D Digital Employee Experience Manager. In this role, you'll empower our platforms with your expertise and innovation to deliver digital solutions that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. You will manage relationships with the IT&D Director, key business stakeholders, and IT teams, focusing on end-to-end IT services, service quality, availability, operational delivery, and continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide input into IT&D service strategy and recommend investments or changes.
  • Ensure stable and secure IT&D operations across regions.
  • Support core infrastructure services.
  • Coordinate with regional/global stakeholders to address operational needs.
  • Manage incidents, problems, and changes according to Reckitt standards.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Collaborate with project teams for smooth transition of operations.
  • Act as second escalation point for IT&D issues.
  • Conduct periodic self-audits of service processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Review processes and documentation regularly for quality and consistency.
Experience required
  • Bachelor's in Information Technology
  • ITIL certification
  • Prince2 certification (desirable)
  • 5+ years in IT management
  • Experience managing skilled teams
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Process-driven with strong leadership
  • Project management skills with relevant qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
  • Proactive, self-organized, and results-oriented
