Introduction
This role is responsible for facilitating and defining business requirements and translating them into effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a Business Analysis Approach: Determine applicable BPA approach based on project context.
- Lead the definition and review of business processes: Understand current processes, define future processes, and document them.
- Facilitate Business Requirements Workshops: Plan and execute sessions to elicit and define system requirements, develop Business and Functional Requirement Specifications, and contribute to System Requirement Specifications.
- Contribute to Testing and Training Materials: Assist in testing to ensure systems meet requirements, coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Qualifications
- Relevant 3-year qualification in Information Technology or Business-related field.
- Faculty Training Institute Business Analysis qualification is advantageous.
Additional Criteria
- Understanding of Retail Clothing business, Buying, Planning & Product Development Systems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and Business Analyst roles within Agile frameworks.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management and influencing skills.
- Expertise in process modelling, gap analysis, and requirements engineering.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Research skills related to technology trends and best practices.
- Data analysis skills to identify trends and present solutions.
- Results-oriented with good planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships and adapt to new work environments.
