Job Description: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team responsible for transforming the end-to-end capability for Customer Dealing Pre Trade for RMB and its subsidiaries.

You will be responsible for elicitation, evaluation, definition, implementation, and validation of the requirements needed to deliver on the transformation in the Pre Trade business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent dialogue, listening, advising, influencing, and negotiating skills for win-win outcomes.
  • Initiate meetings with key stakeholders to track progress, manage expectations, and ensure requirements are met.

  • Understanding of FI products and trade lifecycle.

  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing integration solutions.
  • Familiarity with protocols like FIX, XML over JMS, API.
  • Experience with lean / agile product delivery.
