Job summary

SBV seeks a coordinator for IT Hardware Asset and Mobile Device functions. You will manage end-to-end contracts, configure hardware and devices, and oversee SIM management plus lifecycle tracking.

You will collaborate with finance and procurement, maintain the asset register, and drive cost-efficiency across devices and plans. Strong ITIL experience and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in IT Service Desk or Call Centre, preferably in Telecommunication with ITIL-aligned asset management.
• Relevant IT diploma/degree or MSCE or MCITP.
• Strong reporting and analytics capabilities with business intelligence background.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end management and allocation of user contracts (Data, Voice, SMS) and renewals.
• Configure IT Hardware Assets and Mobile Devices per standard; set up or extend lines to test device functioning.
• Manage sim swaps, new sims, and termination of sims for the business.
• Maintain asset registers and CMDB; track movement and lifecycle of devices.
• Liaise with vendors on pricing, upgrades, and new releases; act as single contact for purchasing.
