Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily administrative tasks relating to the management of software and technology-related hardware within the organization, including monitoring and recording software licenses and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts. Flexera knowledge is key.
2. Assist in monitoring trends in company spending and inventory control to make recommendations for the future and identify areas for possible savings and/or asset optimization.
3. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
4. Investigate and resolve exceptions and accuracy issues of the CMS repository.
5. Administration of IT Asset Management systems, including Software License Bank, by entering all software and hardware serial numbers or identification tags into the configuration management system (CMS) and ensuring information is up-to-date, accurate, and auditable.
6. Assist in software asset reconciliation and audit activities on a timely basis, including financial, licensing, warranty, and maintenance/support contract information to support identifying and reporting on regulatory compliance and risk.
7. Perform inventories and usage monitoring of all IT assets and record all findings, changes, physical location, and incidences of support.
8. Monitor supplier and outsourcer guidelines, obligations, and service level agreements to the organization by tracking and maintaining copies of software licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts.
9. Assist in the generation and distribution of relevant management reports.
10. Manage own development to increase own competencies.
